Yes he did win. It is taking much too long for the audits to either come out or completed. Our country will be totally lost in 3 1/2 years. Biden's Afghanastan withdrawal is a total disgrace and he is a total disgrace calling himself a 'catholic'. Only God can help him but we pray for his conversion.
