I'm not sure where this issue of constiturionality is coming from. Cities rotinely impose ordinances regulating clothing, businesses can impose similar restrictions and have been doing so for decades requiring shoes and shirts.

The virus is 2 microns in size. Masks can stop particles of 5 microns in size, if they are of quality and worn properly. Within one minute of wearing a mask, a person is breathing in 4 times the allowable level of carbon dioxide.
There are many other negative things about wearing a mask but people will wear them out of fear, virtue signaling, and the inability to think for themselves.

They ask them to wear a yellow star on their clothing, they ask them to board a train, they ask them to work in a camp and that their work would set them free........ Government exists to serve the citizens. The citizens do not exist to serve the government. I am sure glad that the cristeros in Mexico or the citizens of the Vendee in France did not follow your advice.

Remember, this mark is for the better of society after all... :D It's designed to prevent identity theft and economic fraud. Incidentally, if you don't get the mark, you won't be able to buy or sell anything anymore.
