Pope Pius XII who declared the fourth Marian dogma condemned the "new morality" and the accusation of "rigidity" that Bergoglio makes against the Church to promote sexual immoralities and also condemned communism.

The Decree Against Communism is a document of the Catholic Church of 1949 issued by the Supreme Sacred Congregation of the Holy Office, and approved by Pope Pius XII, which declared Catholics who professed Communist doctrine to be excommunicated as apostates from the Christian faith.
