Homosexualist, New-Age-Guru Becomes President of Italian Bishops
Before, the Pope made this appointment because he is the Primate of Italy while Francis wanted the bishops to elect their president but they refused. So, a compromise was found. The bishops present a list of the three candidates who received the biggest amount of votes and Francis chooses one of them or somebody else.
Zuppi is viewed as a papabile. He is a homosexualist, close to the Sant’Egidio community and to leftist Italian war politicians but not an ideological hardliner like Francis.
In May 2018, Zuppi called for “a new pastoral journey” for homosexuals asking for “the use of a wise pedagogy of gradualism” that looks for "positive elements" in evil.
IlMessagero.it describes Zuppi as “ultra progressive.” The homosex outlet PinkNews.co.uk called him “a pro-LGBT+ Cardinal“ who is “celebrated by LGBT+ advocates.”
Like a New Age guru, Zuppi spoke in 2019 about the afterlife as a “fullness of light without diaphragms” where “even sin, darkness, the scars of our lives, everything is fully loved.” Unlike Zuppi, the Church understands the afterlife as the beatific vision of the Holy Trinity (heaven) and unquenchable fires for mortal sinners (hell).
On different occasions, Zuppi celebrated the Roman Mass while being an auxiliary bishop in Rome. This shows that at the end of the day, he is an opportunist who will do all and the contrary of all in order to advance his career.
