Francis Confirms Radical Cardinal

Pope Francis has not accepted the resignation of controversial Tegucigalpa Cardinal Rodríguez Maradiaga according to the Honduran Radio América (January 3). Rodríguez has been accused of financial embezzlement and of homosexual scandals in his archdiocese. He is a close partisan of Pope Francis who shares his liberal ideology.
