Last Minute: Archbishop Cancels Participation At Summorum Pontificum Pilgrimage

San Francisco Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone will not participate in the October 29-31 Summorum Pontificum Pilgrimage to Rome as announced before.

It seems the cancellations happened in the very last minute. This is the first time there will be no bishop/cardinal participating in the pilgrimage.

Friday Vespers will be sung by Monsignor Marco Agostini. Saturday Mass at the Chair of St Peter will be celebrated by French Monsignor Patrick Descourtieux. Sunday Mass at Santissima Trinità dei Pellegrini church will be celebrated by Father Claude Barthe.
