A 46-year-old husband, father of four children (the eldest is 10), died in Revò, Trento Archdiocese, Italy, and his distraught Polish widow asked for a Roman Rite funeral in Revò's church.
The commissioned priest had performed the couple’s Roman Rite marriage ten years earlier. He contacted the parish which turned to Trento Archbishop Lauro Tisi who hurled a merciless NO in the poor widow's face (AldoMariaValli.it, August 8).
Consequently, the family and three hundred mourners were forced to attend a 37C°/99F° open-air requiem in the cemetery on 5 August.
On August 8, Trento Archdiocese wrote that it didn't deny using “the church itself” and that the relatives themselves mentioned to the parish priest the possibility of celebrating the funeral at the cemetery in Revò. However, this cannot be true. Only for using the cemetery which belongs to the state, they would not have needed to talk to the parish priest.

We are living in a time of chastisement. That cruel Archbishop Lauro Tisi has made the young widowed mother and her four children suffer a martyrdom of sorts. This cutting-off access to the holy Rites and Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, as codified and standardizes by the Council of Trent- FOREVER, is, for the faithful, no different than other historical cruel tyrants cutting-off the heads and what nots of the martyr saints that hold the palm of martyrdom and are wearing their crowns of glory in Heaven. Holy Mary, Mother of God, Queen of Martyrs, pray for us and pray for the conversion of and mercy for Archbishop Lauro Tisi.

"The archdiocese also complained that the commissioned priests belonged to the sedeprivationist Istituto Mater Boni Consilii." I don't know if they would deny burial to a Muslim.

Literally, beyond belief. God rest his soul and may he enjoy a reward where the eternal adoration of our God is not so liturgically picayune.

I enrolled him in The Rorate Purgatorial Society. You don't have to know the person that you're enrolling. I enrolled Mario Palmero. Have a look here:

Who was the young (30-ish) Italian Catholic lawyer who dying of cancer, shortly after Pope Francis arrived on the scene, was refused a Traditional Catholic funeral by his bishop and circumvented the refusal by arranging for the Mass then to be publicly celebrated on the town square? I believe his name was Mario Palmero or something like that.
