British State television BBC aired on October 30 “God and Robots,” a documentary showing people of different religions, including the Church, interacting with robots who pray with them, deliver sermons or give advice.
SanTO, a stone-faced robot that looks similar to the statue of a saint, performed in John Paul II Church in Warsaw, Poland.
BBC showed local parishioners who were “surprisingly open-minded” to the idea of a "Catholic robot" but still "preferred a human priest."
