Potential game plan of Jorge B. : 1. Squeeze every last drop out of the praying of the Tridentine Mass.
2. Change the Novus Ordo Mass so that it has an invalid consecration. 3. Jesus is no longer present in Catholic Churches. 4. Biblical False Prophet Jorge Bergoglio ushers in the antichrist. 5. Fulfillment of La Salette prophecy, "Rome will lose the Faith and become the seat of the antichrist".

RESCRIPTUM EX AUDIENTIA
The Holy Father, at the Audience granted on Feb. 20 to the undersigned Cardinal Prefect of the Dicastery for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments, confirmed the following about the implementation of his Motu Proprio Traditionis custodes of July 16, 2021. These are dispensations reserved in a special way to the Apostolic See (cf. C.I.C. can. 87 §1):
- the use of a parish church or the erection of a personal parish for the celebration of the Eucharist using the Missale Romanum of 1962 (cf. Traditionis custodes art. 3 §2);
- the granting of license to presbyters ordained after the publication of Motu proprio Traditionis custodes to celebrate using the Missale Romanum of 1962 (cf. Traditionis custodes art. 4).
As stipulated in Article 7 of Motu proprio Traditionis custodes, the Dicastery for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments exercises the authority of the Holy See in the above-mentioned cases, supervising the observance of the provisions.
Should a diocesan bishop grant dispensations in the two cases mentioned above, he is obliged to inform the Dicastery for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments, which will evaluate the individual cases.
Moreover, the Holy Father, confirms - having already expressed his assent in the audience of November 18, 2021 - what was established in the Responsa ad dubia with the attached Explanatory Notes of December 4, 2021.
The Holy Father also ordered that this Rescript be published in L'Osservatore Romano and subsequently in the official commentary of the Acta Apostolicae Sedis.

TLM Parishes and TLM priests should just ignore Francis and his homo advisors. If bishops take away parishes, buy empty churches, empty stores, even schools etc. that are up for sale. Just ignore Francis and his crowd regarding this, and everything.

But the current position seems to be that the diocesan bishop is the moderator of the liturgy in his diocese, but subject to the exact micromanagement of the Holy See.

I hope that bishops will ignore this, and see what Arthur will do. I doubt that they will. I wonder if this rescript makes it less likely that there is an imminent Apostolic Constitution, dealing with the same issues.

@Sancte Teotónio -no one deserves the title "Supreme Pontiff" less than Bergoglio, when he even renounces the title "Vicar of Christ". Bishops ignored a good Supreme Pontiff such as Benedict XVI his whole pontificate, so if relatively good bishops ignore the despotic demands of a heretic/apostate Pope like Bergoglio, more power to them. I'd be the first to encourage more disobedience against Francis.
And I'll bet it is largely ignored. The more Bergoglio pushes this issue, the more he is hated across the world. When even 2 secular USA media stations (Fox News and ABC News broadcast scathing denunciations of Bergoglio's tactics against tradition, you know he's lost.
Best thing Bergoglio can do is shut his big mouth on this issue of the Roman LAtin Rite and traditional Catholics. He's made more enemies than he could ever imagine. And tht's a good thing.
