It would be gloriously wonderful indeed if His Holiness did such a thing. But sadly, I fear, a coronation with the Papal Tiara is a “bridge too far” even for him.
@K R Ross To be honest, my friend, at this point after 12 years of absolute horror in Papal vestments, furnishings and protocols, I’d be willing to settle for a reinstatement of decent Papal thrones, instead of that diabolical Ivory colored chair that looks like they stole it from a 2 star hotel.
