Kiss-Archbishop Unhappy That Francis Is Not Loved

For La Plata Archbishop Víctor Manuel Fernández, Francis’ kissing expert, it is “unbelievable that today there are Catholics who are even happy that Francis is ill."

During a July 3 homily for the Charismatic Renewal, he further complained that some Christians "are even happy that Francis' knee hurts and that he has little time left in his papacy."

Specola (InfoVaticana.com, July 4) answered him, “Francis has spent a decade offending his own people” and “now they are asking us for affection.”

He continues, “My friend Tucho, you reap what you sow, and affection cannot be asked for.”

There's a huge difference between lack of affection and being happy the pope is physically suffering. But whether or not he is actually aware of individuals expressing their happiness, it sounds a bit like he has joined the ranks of the thought police.

Francis is hated by a huge segment of the Catholic Church, especially in Italy itself. Those attached to the ancient Latin Mass totals are much bigger than often stated, and there Francis is demonized. Most Romans hate him. The crowds who come for the Sunday blessing are usually tourists, not Romans. Some people are too stupid to realize what he has done, and still cry "Viva il papa".

I saw an old film on YouTube of a audience conducted by Pope Pius XII 1954. It was only a general audience and blessing, but THAT crowd packed St.Peter's Square, and down the streets as far as the eye could see...bigger than anything JPII drew at St.Peters. Once or twice Benedict XVI came close....but Francis? His tiny crowds are pityful in comparison. But as "Tucho" said, "Francis is ill, and his papacy is at an end" Not ending soon enough.

See the truth about Francis. There's none so blind as those who refuse to see
