Francis: Anyone Who Is Not a Bishop Is A "Second Class Christians”

He told his former secretary Father Guillermo Marcó (Infobae.com, March 13) that he thanked God that there was "dialogue" and "communication" in the College of Cardinals, but that he feared "hidden agendas."
On the synod on synodality, Francis referred to an alleged "problem of women." They haven't been able to vote in bishops' synods so far "because they were second-class Christians."
According to this logic, anyone who is not a bishop is a "second-class Christian" because only bishops vote at a synod of bishops, just as only beekeepers vote in the beekeepers' association, while a gathering of fishermen is not a gathering of beekeepers (etc.).
Francis insulted evangelisation as "proselytism" and recalled his embarrassing performance during the 2019 Panama Youth Day when a lady belonging to an ecclesiastical movement introduced two converts to him which she had led into the Church.
With exquisite pastoral sensitivity, Francis rebuked her, "You have not converted anyone. This is proselytism and preaching the Gospel has nothing to do with proselytism. Let them be free, let each one grow in his own way."
At least in retrospect, Francis understood that he should have kept quiet, "I was an animal" [Fui un animal].
Finally, Francis unwittingly spoke about himself, "A bitter old man is very sad, worse than a sad young man."
