Francis Cancels Audiences Yet Appears to Be Recovering
The Holy See Press Office announced on Thursday that the Jubilee Audience scheduled for 1 March has been cancelled due to Francis' continued hospitalisation.
According to the Vatican, Francis' clinical condition remains critical but stable and is improving.
Everything we have heard from the Vatican in recent days indicates that Francis will survive this illness.
The CT scan should show a normal progression of the pneumonia, meaning that Francis is responding to treatment.
He has also recovered from his acute kidney injury. Blood tests are going in the right direction, but still requires oxygen to maintain his blood oxygen levels but hasn't had any breathing difficulties since Saturday.
Since Wednesday, he has been fit enough to undergo chest physiotherapy. He sits in his chair for lunch and dinner and eats by himself.

So….who was that authoritative “source” that claimed he only had 72 hours to live? Where are they and what are they saying now? 
As expected, Vatican says Pope Francis' Mar 1 Jubilee audience cancelled due to his hospitalization.
Having witnessed first hand the final declining years of many elderly relatives, Francis [and his supporters] are in the optimistic stage where they think they'll "get better soon" from this temporary illness. But his health is so fragile and his age so advanced he'll most probably never be seen at public appearances again. Instead he'll "rule" from the hospital bed. One wonders if he'll actually be 'governing' the Church or if underlings were be in charge. Like Biden's 'presidency' or the religious sister who is claimed acted as a "popessa" for Pius XII or Cardinal Dziwisz for John Paul II.
Oh, he is recovering…Why, that must be a miracle! It must be a sign that we have to obey the “Holy Farher”, this “living saint”, this “breath of fresh air” as he leads us to better future (in Hell).
