Anglican Method: Francis Heads for the Abyss

Caminante-Wanderer.Blogspot.com (August 15) reveals parallels between the collapse of the Anglicans and the Francis Novus Ordo Group.

• In 1841, a common Anglican/Lutheran/Calvinist bishopric was established in Jerusalem causing great scandal, prompting John Henry Newman to convert.

• In 1847, Reverend Gorham was appointed to Brampford Speke parish although he denied that baptism confers sanctifying grace. This caused Henry Manning, Robert Wilberforce, and James Hope, a member of the House of Lords, to convert.

• In 1913, the Anglican Dioceses of Mombasa and Uganda concelebrated with Protestants in Kikuyo. This caused Ronald Knox, an Anglican priest, to convert.

• In 1947, the Anglican Bishop of Birmingham, Ernest Barnes questioned the virginity of Mary, the resurrection of Jesus, and promoted birth control. The Scottish priest Onich MacFarlene-Barrow who later became a Catholic, asked whether it is possible to be in communion with a blasphemous bishop.

• Caminante notices that today’s Novus Ordo group is today what the Anglicans were 100 years ago: homosexualism (Francis), denial of Our Lady’s virginity and Christ’s resurrection, Protestant Communion (Francis).

• Today’s Anglicans are an empty structure, maintained by the State with a decorative function, empty faith, and empty temples - the Catholic Church will be the same.

All these women... who could not find anything better to do in life? Had to dress like Priests.. Will never attend a place where these individuals act for an hour.

So, don't call them the Catholic Church
Agatha James
Who in the N.O. hierarchy has denied Our Lady's virginity and/or Our Lords resurrection?
I have heard these things from the Spirit of Vatican II type "lay leaders".
Don't forget that most of the Anglicans in England by the mid 18th c. were Masons and many were closet homosexuals by the mid 19th c. The slippery slope is all down hill!

"We are not of this religion. We do not accept this new
religion. We are of the religion of all time, of the Catholic
religion. We are not of that universal religion, as they call it
today. It is no longer the Catholic religion. We are not of that
liberal, modernist religion that has its worship, its priests, its
faith, its catechisms, its Bible…" - Archbishop Lefebvre, June 29, 1976

God bless Archbishop Lefebvre.

If only more bishops, priests and laity listened the the good Archbishop Lefebvre...
