1. Exorcists sometimes mention that during exorcisms there will be communication with a demon who insists that he is the only one present. In fact, it is possible that the demon is trying to protect others who are present (and more powerful).

2. I taught both Mystical Theology and Angelology--the intelligence of the lowest demon far exceeds the natural intelligence of any man. Any exorcist is dealing with a very, very shrewd liar.
