Aztec "Blessing" To Inaugurate Catholic Piazza

Gary Bishop Robert McClory, Indiana, will preside a May 22 opening ceremony for a newly built plaza with statues representing St Juan Diego’s vision of Our Lady of Guadalupe.

According to a press release of the Shrine of Christ’s Passion, a dance troupe will "bless the Plaza in the Aztec Traditions."

McClory will be accompanied by Father Sammie Maletta, a parish-priest and enemy of the Roman Mass, and by Opus Dei Father Francis “Rocky” Hoffman, the executive director of Relevant Radio.

Dialogue-friendly LifeSiteNews.com asked the diocese about the announced pagan “blessing” but received a response only after a May 11 article was published. The diocese then explained that the shrine’s press release was “misleading” as the Aztec dance will not be a blessing. McClory is not the worst bishop. He is "allowing" the Roman Mass.
