The second coming will not be the end of the world. According to many prophecies, after what is called the lesser apostasy, which many feel is the era we are currently living,there will be an illumination of conscience worldwide which everyone will experience, a personal judgment of sorts which will result in many conversions and reversions. Then there will be 3 years of chastisements, the reign of the Antichrist, a great reduction in the world population and the rise of a great king and a holy pope. Russia will be consecrated to the Immaculate heart, the Catholic Church will be restored and there will be a period of peace. Mankind will eventually fall away again and then will the greater apostasy occur and the final coming of Our Lord.
