France: Muslim Spits In Priest's Face (Video)

A Bordeaux priest, France, was blessing faithful outside his church Saint Michel in liturgical vestments, February 27, when a Muslim spat in his face.

Bordeaux Archdiocese has refused to press charges, likely because they want to show "forgiveness" for a bagatelle.

However, they neglect religious duties because anti-Catholic violence performed by Muslims, homosexuals and state agencies are a dramatically growing problem.

Lapide was able to write his commentariess on the Gospel because Christians didn't turn the other cheek to Muslim aggression at the Battle of Vienna. There is much to be said for the value of a deterrant. Even animals can understand cause and effect. That guy wouldn't spit on a priest if he knew, absolutely knew he'd get beaten for it.

Call it a chastisement from God, Matty. ;-) The crowd is just doing God's work in guiding this misguided, erring soul to a practical understanding of the truly universal lesson: of "do unto others." In the right context , a sound beating from the parishioners could even be considered some interfaith dialogue and moving "toward a greater understanding and grasp of the truth of the matter at hand"…More

As you rightly noted, I wasn't referring to the priest. He is a man of God, a shepherd. He shouldn't need to shovel the snow off the steps of his church for the same reason shouldn't have deal with vermin like this.

I'm referring to the parishioners. These people aren't following Christ and that isn't what's staying their hand. They're following "the law". Like most modern citizens in left-wing societies, people are more afraid of "the law" that shelters criminals than they are the criminals themselvse. Oh noes! We gonna get arrested if we wallop Abdullah for spitting on Father. When citizens finally stop fearing the law, it is the criminals who learn what fear truly is.
