There Is Something Worse Than A Black Mass

The imagery that is being circulated of the confrontation with the diabolical at the black mass in Oklahoma city is truly moving. But there is something worse than a black mass. It is the abuse of God's Mercy.

I have seen the images of the Society of +Marcel Lefevbre in a full demonstration against the black mass that took place on September 21, 2014. They look every bit Catholic ... yet they are not submissive to the Vicar of Christ. They are Catholic protestants.

And while they decry the attack on Christ in the black mass, do they not realize that they are compounding the wound in the Heart of Christ, by attacking the Body of Christ? How can any Catholic not feel indignant as he sees this tragedy in front of him.

And what is to be said of all those who participate in a Mass said by a priest who does not have the faculties to say Mass? They promote and assist at a Mass in which the priest objectively offers Mass in the state of mortal sin. How horrible!

The abuse of God's Mercy is compatible to an attack on the Blessed Sacrament. It is to take the most stunning attribute of God, His Mercy, and to abuse it. By resisting the call of grace to be converted and return to the Church, to remain intransigent, and stubborn to the workings of grace, the Society of +Marcel attack the Mercy of God! He has given all of us grace, and time to make a sincere conversion.

By pretending you don't need conversion ... but everybody else does ... reveals your spiritual tepidity.

The demonstration on Sunday doesn't reveal the sanctity or good faith of the followers of +Marcel but only further reveals the catastrophe that has befallen the Church. Instead of circulating images of the Society of +Marcel and praising their witness, we should pray and do penance for these Catholic-protestants to return to the Church's bosoom.

For it heresy in the Catholic Church---but the USCCB promotes --Fortnight for Freedom--so why wouldn't you get a Black Mass, you open the door to it--you should be happy!! Black Mass is the fruit of USCCB fight for Religious Liberty--nice fruit!!

"The Fortnight for Freedom is a campaign initiated by the Roman Catholic bishops of the United States. Events over the course of fourteen days from June 21 to July 4 each year, call upon Catholics to participate in a pledge to religious liberty and an appeal for the inclusion of a "conscience clause" for religious institutions and religious faithful to practice according to the moral tenets of one's religious faith.[1]"

What Catholic Church's stance:
called by Our Predecessor, Gregory XVI, an "insanity,"2 viz., that "liberty of conscience and worship is each man's personal right, which ought to be legally proclaimed and asserted in every rightly constituted society; and that a right resides in the citizens to an absolute liberty, which should be restrained by no authority whether ecclesiastical or civil, whereby they may be able openly and publicly to manifest and declare any of their ideas whatever, either by word of mouth, by the press, or in any other way."

Gregory XVI

And from this stinking fountainhead of indifferentism flows that absurd and erroneous opinion or rather nonsense, that liberty of conscience must be claimed and demanded for anyone whatever.

Pius IX
Syllabus of Errors
(The following are condemned propositions.)
no. 77. In the present day it is no longer expedient that the Catholic religion should be held as the only religion of the State, to the exclusion of all other forms of worship.
no. 78. Hence it has been wisely decided by law, in some Catholic countries, that persons coming to reside therein shall enjoy the public exercise of their own peculiar worship.
no. 79. Moreover, it is false that the civil liberty of every form of worship, and the full power, given to all, of overtly and publicly manifesting any opinions whatsoever and thoughts, conduce more easily to corrupt the morals and minds of the people, and to propagate the pest of indifferentism.

Leo XIII
Tametsi Futura Prospicientibus
The world has heard enough of the so-called "rights of man." Let it hear something of the rights of God

Libertas Praestantissimum
18. There are others, somewhat more moderate though not more consistent, who affirm that the morality of individuals is to be guided by the divine law, but not the morality of the State, for that in public affairs the commands of God may be passed over, and may be entirely disregarded in the framing of laws. Hence follows the fatal theory of the need of separation between Church and State. But the absurdity of such a position is manifest.
33. Yet, with the discernment of a true mother, the Church weighs the great burden of human weakness, and well knows the course down which the minds and actions of men are in this our age being borne. For this reason, while not conceding any right to anything save what is true and honest, she does not forbid public authority to tolerate what is at variance with truth and justice, for the sake of avoiding some greater evil, or of obtaining or preserving some greater good. God Himself in His providence, though infinitely good and powerful, permits evil to exist in the world, partly that greater good may not be impeded, and partly that greater evil may not ensue. In the government of States it is not forbidden to imitate the Ruler of the world; and, as the authority of man is powerless to prevent every evil, it has (as St. Augustine says) to overlook and leave unpunished many things which are punished, and rightly, by Divine Providence. But if, in such circumstances, for the sake of the common good (and this is the only legitimate reason), human law may or even should tolerate evil, it may not and should not approve or desire evil for its own sake; for evil of itself, being a privation of good, is opposed to the common welfare which every legislator is bound to desire and defend to the best of his ability. In this, human law must endeavor to imitate God, who, as St. Thomas teaches, in allowing evil to exist in the world, "neither wills evil to be done, nor wills it not to be done, but wills only to permit it to be done; and this is good.'' This saying of the Angelic Doctor contains briefly the whole doctrine of the permission of evil.
34. But, to judge aright, we must acknowledge that, the more a State is driven to tolerate evil, the further is it from perfection; and that the tolerance of evil which is dictated by political prudence should be strictly confined to the limits which its justifying cause, the public welfare, requires. Wherefore, if such tolerance would be injurious to the public welfare, and entail greater evils on the State, it would not be lawful; for in such case the motive of good is wanting. And although in the extraordinary condition of these times the Church usually acquiesces in certain modern liberties, not because she prefers them in themselves, but because she judges it expedient to permit them, she would in happier times exercise her own liberty; and, by persuasion, exhortation, and entreaty would endeavor, as she is bound, to fulfill the duty assigned to her by God of providing for the eternal salvation of mankind. One thing, however, remains always true -- that the liberty which is claimed for all to do all things is not, as We have often said, of itself desirable, inasmuch as it is contrary to reason that error and truth should have equal rights.

When in the world is such a bad thing to uphold ALL of of the Apostolic traditions? Have you seen a few movements in the church such as the cathecumenals, charismatics? So they are way better because they 'obey'? When it is mandatory to obey when our forefathers have said to follow tradition either by voice or letter and NOT following something against apostolic tradition!!!

When St Athanasius was called a demon, satans puppet, false prophet and antichrist he didnt stop and stood for tradition despite an arian pope, but this is your doing and it hurts, I hope Jesus forgives you and makes you a saint, and may God forgives us all.

You wouldn't find your salvation in a religion that promotes Modernism and gives a bad name to Catholicism---a Catholic is not define by a name or if you just show up to church--but your faith and your life living that faith.

Before making these gratuitous assertions I would like to ask the author if he understands why the Society was formed and what are their objections to Vatican II Council. That is a subject for a more lengthy debate. However, I'd like to address the blatant inaccuracies. Firstly Pope Benedict XVI lifted the "excommunication" because he realized it had no standing. Second, since SSPX priest were ordained by a validly ordained Bishop (Lefevre) they are able to confect the sacraments, whether you like it or not. The SSPX is not in schism and is more in adherence to the Magisterium of the Church. What has been decreed before cannot be changed (previous Councils, teaching of Church Fathers, Encyclicals). No one can change it not even the Pope. So when the Pope makes comments that contradict Church teaching we are not obligated to follow it. Christ is the head of His Church not the Pope.

But to make your point you shouldn't condemn anyone to hell, If Fr. Nicholson is something is not that-a person who speaks for the devil, maybe an ignorant but nothing more, of course Fr. Nicholson can makes mistakes but we never should put anyone on the devil's shoes, there is only one judge and one judge alone: Jesus.

I understand your frustration and anger, the SSPX have been vindicated by the lift up of the excommunications by Benedict XVI, the pope went further and said "the Latin mass never was canceled" but nowadays it feels like it's going to, as wolves in sheep clothing run the Vatican and the seat of Peter as we speak.

Worldliness is the new Mercy, but Fr Nicholson can't say that of his immediate employer, I bet he will go around the bushes like Mr. Voris likes to do, but saying something about the ultra-liberal pope, na' no thanks.

Judgement will be hand out to all of us and we will be rewarded with heaven or hell but that decision is God's alone, no one else's; Fr. Nicholson has been notorious for his attacks on the SSPX and Jesus will reward Him or condemn him, not us my friend.

Please do note this fact, it feels like the novus ordo has the most Eucharistic Miracles than 2000 years of Latin Mass, why? Abuse... (remember, most of the times abuse has been the leading factor for a host to transform into visible live flesh) with this statistic you know two things, 1) The Lord is present in the Eucharist and 2) The Novus Ordo is from start to finish more incline to abuse than to praise, beginning with the priest giving his back to the Lord, following with communion in the hand and the tossing of Holy particles in the ground, the NASCAR masses like if the priest needs to go to the bathroom and finally the cheering, the applauding, worldly dances... it only takes you back when the pharisees and Romans did cheered the Lords suffering.

What am I saying... don't condemn people, don't put the N.O. as something infernal because the Body of the Lord is there, if your going to judge do so by targeting acts not the person, and patience in the end Lord knows who is faithful and who is not, let He be the Judge.

Blessings

So those that are faithful to the Church and the Christ are worst than a Black Mass---your commends prove my point Fr. Paul on who really holds the faith. To paraphrase St. Athanasius, “they have the buildings, we have the Faith.” We know, now, that the attempted destruction of true Catholicism and its replacement by something else is the greatest of injustices. Fr. Paul’s church is filled with openly professed and manifest heretics that lead the faithful in to heresy and are promoting a religion other that Catholicism. NOW this is truly the worst crime and the major of today leaders will be judge accordingly for leading the flock astray.

The Novus Ordo (N.O.) faith that started after V2 is a opium den of illusion of happy thoughts, but really it den of sin----look the fruit of the N.O. as Christ said---judge them by their fruits---it is totally ROTTEN—From the head down—and they proud of it and in your face with it!! What cause the availability of the black mass---the N.O. promoting religious liberties (heresy against the Faith)---which is the rights of man over God---which caused legally abortions. For the N.O. open promotion of religious freedom, that you heard as the drum beat from all the hierarchy—is the tool of Satan that is causing many evils in the world. They should be happy with the black Mass, Fr. Paul, it is the end result and FRUIT of the erroneous error and heresy that your church promotes. If we are to protect all religions and promote then we have to promote Satanism—which is also would have a right under the new church philosophy.

So I think you got egg on your face here Fr. Paul---for your group is the source of evil grow in the world and you demand the right for them to practice it---unless they are SSPX---then as you say THEY ARE WORST EVIL---would this be Christ speaking or the devil???

The SSPX must recognize unhesitatingly the authority of the Holy Father and cease their impudence to barter with the Holy Catholic Church. Faithful Catholics must persevere in the way of fidelity to the one true Church, the Holy Catholic Church, trusting Christ who is our supreme Judge. For He wished His Church to be one; for that He prayed at the Last Supper (John 17:20); “There shall be one fold and one shepherd” (John 10:16); He appointed one Head for the whole Church (John21:17). The Catholic Church is One! All Catholics acknowledge the Pope as the Head of the Church.
