@Deacon Nick Donnelly "What affect do you think Pope Francis saying sexual sins are not the most serious have on clergy who are breaking their promises of celibacy? Especially those caught up in the James Martin lifestyle? - (pope) Bergoglio is not a pastor and does not show the mercy of Christ"

Francis effectively said is that it's no big thing if a Bishop touches a woman up. Incredible.

"What did Aupetit do that was so bad in order to give his resignation? Answer me." Go ask Aupetit... your Holiness.
Francis commented that he didn't accepted Aupetit’s resignation "on the altar of truth, but on the altar of hypocrisy,"

That's usually where he celebrates Mass... the place where his "bad back" bothers him so much he can't kneel before God but never bothers him when he's crawling around the ground kissing the shoes of African warlords or hunched over, washing the feet of criminals.
There was a violation of the sixth commandment yet "not totally," he said, explaining that the accusations were about "small caresses and massages."
Whatta slime. Not totally... Get out :P Go as Aupetit where those "small caresses and massages" were and what resulted from them. If he answers truthfully, somebody really had to wash their hands afterwards.
...and that the scandal destroyed Aupetit’s reputation, "He will no longer be able to govern."
That never bothered Francis when it happened to Cardinal Pell who was, in fact, wrongly accused and innocent.

The same Francis who constantly condemns rules and precepts, and also condemns excluding people, issued a mandate for Vatican City that only people with a so-called “Green Pass” may enter. Got it.

When a cleric commits a sin against the sixth commandment, he is also committing one against the second commandment, due to the promise he made. When it becomes publicly known, it (used to, perhaps) brings scandal, which is a species of sin against the fifth commandment. All of this sounds serious to me.
