Francis Promotes the Next Compromised Figure

Francis appointed 67-year-old Archbishop Claudio Gugerotti, previously Apostolic Nuncio to Britain, as Prefect of the Dicastery for the Oriental Churches.

In Via col vento in Vaticano [Gone with the Wind in the Vatican] (1998), a book about scandals in the Vatican written by a group of authors who called themselves I Millenari, Gugerotti appears under then pseudonym "stambecco," a servile careerist. The book sold 100K copies in its first three weeks alone.

In 1999, retired Vatican Monsignor Luigi Marinelli (✝2000) confirmed his involvement in the 288-page book. "I Millenari" is an anagram of Marinelli. He said he had nine or ten co-authors and clarified that the book does not question the holiness of Christ and the Church, but only points out that the Vatican "is made up of men who, like me, are flawed."

All the main characters in the book are given pseudonyms from Margaret Mitchell's Gone with the Wind (1936). Among those identified is Cardinal Achille Silvestrini (✝2019), Martinelli's former superior at the Congregation of the Eastern Churches, a homosexualist and the leader of the Saint Gall Mafia.

Silvestrini made Gugerotti undersecretary at the Congregation for the Eastern Church in 1997.

The book is about nepotism, homosexual scandals, corruption and Satanism in the Vatican. Including: a bishop is blackmailed by an illegitimate daughter; questions are raised about the death of John Paul I; satanic masses were celebrated in the Vatican with hooded participants naked from the waist down; there was an affair between a young priest at the nunciature in Bern, Switzerland, and a nun, both of whom were reassigned.

In June 2022, Gugerotti celebrated Corpus Christi in the Novus Ordo in Latin, with smells and bells and two deacons at his side, making this look like the Roman Rite (pictures from Mazur below).

With his giving the go-ahead for sacrilegious communion to Catholics all over the world as per "Amoris Laetitia, with his Pachamama Idol worship at the Vatican, with his abandoning the Faithful Catholics in China to the communist government there, with his scandalous support of Fr? Even though it was the Novus Ordo, give the man credit for trying. The photos were beautiful. I thought it was the Latin Roman Rite until I read the article. Beautiful vestments, rubrics. Far better than most of his worthless confreres in the Italian episcopate and Vatican would do. Francis never would do it.

Which proves that perhaps this man is not against the Roman Rite. If he was, he NEVER would have gone such trouble for a beautiful Mass, even if infinitly inferior to the Roman Rite.
But as a small criticism to him......if he was going to go to so much trouble, why not have gone all the way with the Roman Rite 100%.😬

@Kenjiro M. Yoshimori The man also doesn't seem to compromised to me. He was only UNDERsecretary (not even full secretary) under tat homosexualist, he did much work as nuncio and even told the Ukrainian Catholics to just forget Bergoglio's agreement with the patriarch of Moscow.

A good man might have snuck thru Bergoglios detector to promote only homos and "yes men"
