I think the declaration of a 'pandemic' suspends all rights, but no one has exactly spelled it out. In fact that's one of the problems, we don't know what our rights are anymore!

For those of us in the United States of America, a few gents spelled it out quite plainly a few years back. Among others, we have the unassailable rights to:
-Speak our minds
-Assemble peaceably
-Practice our religion
