The mark of a catholic is the obedience to the Roman Pontifice. Any resistance, even if is little is halfway trought the path of losing the faith.

If Bergolio is Pope, then you are blaspheming against him and that is grave matter. "resisting" the Pope is not catholic whatsoever, because catholics are know for obedience to the Pope.

@ Sancte Teotonio.....for how long in your lifetime have you believed a Pope could be a heretic, an idol (Pachamama) worshipper, and a blasphemer, and still be Pope. If you are not aware of all those things Bergoglio has done....you have not been looking.......and if you believe a Pope can do all those things and still be Pope your understanding of what a Pope is has been 'smashed to smithereens' by 10 years of Jorge Mario Bergoglio in the Vatican. As they say you have been "Frog in the Watered" by Jorge over the last decade. It has always been my understanding, as a pre-Vatican II cradle Catholic, that the Pope is the teacher, the custodian, the defender of true and authentic Catholic Faith.....the 'Rock' on which the Church is built. I disagree that humanity will pay for the evil inside the Church. I think that this event will galvanize traditional and even simply faithful Catholics to realize the kind of filth and slime Francis and his people are, and all the accomplice bishops and cardinals of the Vatican and USA. What should happen, is not only a tidal wave of support for Fr. Pavone, but also a tidal wave of opposition to Francis, the accomplice USA bishops, and to the direction they are trying to take the Church ( supressing the Roman Rite, applauding the German Synodal Way, trying to create a new Synodal Catholic Church, approving homosexuality, etc.) Down with Pope Francis and his advisors/supporters.
