The youngest Cardinal Marengo, 48, Mongolia: Evangelisation.

The Marseille Heretical Aveline, 63, France: Bishops and Inter-religious Dialogue.

Como Cardinal Cantoni, 71, Italy: Bishops.

Yes, or liturgy, or doctrine of faith, or evangelisation, and to be fair, not all the bishops mentioned here are bad.

Cardinal Marengo turned out to be against shamanism and Amazon style syncretism (as mentioned here on gloriaTV) and has spoken of how the next pope should preserve the doctrine handed down.

Cardinal Young Heung-Sik did defend priestly celibacy during the youth synod in 2018.

Cardinal Aveline has actually celebrated the Tridentine mass after Traditionis Custodes and has nor implemented that document in his archdiocese, and he was fair when carrying out the (ordered) apostolic visitation of the Traditionalist diocese.
