Bishop Schneider: Genuflection is the Minimum

The consecrated host is Christ’s body, not just a "sacred thing", but the divine person of Christ before whom one spontaneously falls on one's knees, said Bishop Athanasius Schneider in an interview with Taylor Marshall. Schneider stressed that even in purely human situations, people kneel to show love and respect. He gave as examples the engagement or Oxford University, where a doctorate is accepted kneeling. Communion is not a meal
