There are indications that Francis is preparing a new Apostolic Constitution because he is dissatisfied with the slow implementation of Traditionis Custodes.
With this text, he wants to finally put an end to the Roman Liturgy.
Francis chose the form of an Apostolic Constitution to echo Paul VI's Constitution Missale Romanum (1969), in order to emphasise the equal status of the two constitutions.
According to Summorum-Pontificum.de (13 January), the constitution contains four main injunctions:
1. In no church may the Roman Rite be celebrated exclusively.
2. In no church may the Roman Rite be celebrated every Sunday.
3. The use of the Roman Rite for the sacraments and sacramentals is forbidden.

I think fear of rocking the boat keeps MANY silent when some really IMPORTANT issue like this needs broadcasting. A reliable and TRUSTWORTHY, HONEST Canon Lawyer should be asked to comment. Unfortunately both Fr Gomer de Pauw and Fr Hesse are no longer with us.

Did anyone see the black crow circling around Bergoglio during Benedict XVI's Mass and then it flew off to his left past the Apostolic Palace he never uses? In some ethnic traditions, seeing a black crow circling or near someone at a funeral means they are soon to go as well.
