This is fantastic news. The ICRSP priests also have more entries. Several Orders of Roman Rite priests/brothers, monks and friars also reported larger than usuall entrants, as did several Roman Rite/or bi-ritual (LAtin Mass and Novus Ordo) communinties of nuns. There is one (1) traditionalist Carthusian monastery , in France (outside the jurisdiction of the original Carthusian Order), which had only about 6 monks for years, and many years with no entrants. Is an attempt to re-capture the original observance before the disaster of Vatican II of the Carthusians. Even their habit is much bulkier/Medieval than the streamlined version the monks adopted after Vatican II ( in some Vatican II monasteries, some of the monks wear layclothes underneath their habits) . But this house now has 9 solemnly professed monks (6 priests), 1 junior professed, 2 novices, and 2 postulants (the most they have ever had).
All this persecution of the Latin Mass and Catholic tradition is going to backfire badly on Francis, and all who are his biggest supporters. They definitly WILL NOT
