Vegetable: New Irish Bishop Calls For "Female Priests"

The Bishop of Ferns resides in Wexford, his cathedral is in Enniscorthy. Nash told ClareChampion.ie (June 19) that “most” Irish Bishops are on record as striving to make ministry as "inclusive as it should [not] be".
Nash thinks that the “idea” of the Church's ministry and governance being entirely male - as it was in fact willed by Christ - is "completely wrong." He vows that he will "be advocating for change" [to the worse] and calls this "moving forward" while it is, in reality, a return to a pagan priesthood which is detached from Christ's real person. In the last three years, Nash has been training people for teaching catechism and other pastroal ministries, most of them women.
The outgoing Bishop of Ferns has warmly welcomed Nash's appointment. A senior Dublin priest wrote on Internet about Nash's nomination, "Another mediocrity. Another vegetable in the episcopal potage." With such appointments, Francis is shaping the decline of the Church for another decade and beyond.
