Not hard enough sentence. Excommunicated, laicized, etc. would be good.

Argentina's bishops: Having learned of the judicial decision condemning Zanchetta, Bishop Emeritus of Orán, "we wish to express our closeness to the victims and express to them a strong and sincere request for forgiveness on behalf of the whole Church."

According to Jeffrey Ade "Zanchetta is a religious and so it is not appropriate for him to be housed in a secular prison. " Why not appropriate in a prison. like anyone else would be? He, the Vatican, and the Novus Ordo Church deserved no such special consideration. In a monastery he would not be punished. He would be fairly comfortable. B.S. to that. Put him in prison for the 4 1/2 years, and suffer the same sentence and fate as any other pervert homo sexual predator. Vatican II priests, Vatican II Popes.....UGH!!!
“We cannot determine the extent of the damage suffered by the victims, but we do have the obligation to give them an answer from the Justice and give an answer to society,” said prosecutor Pablo Rivero on Thursday. HOWEVER: it is the job of the prosecutor to determine the damage done. What exactly is the crime?

Do you want to destroy them? Keep the homosexuals out of the monasteries.

@De Profundis I may be wrong but I thought they knew exactly how to deal with miscreants! Unfortunately Zanchetta is a religious and so it is not appropriate for him to be housed in a secular prison. Basically he would be imprisoned in the monestary 24/7. The good Carthusians could deal with him appropriately. Say brother how's the discipline lately, been slacking off?
