Not once through all the history of Fatima was it claimed by any of the seers, let alone Our Blessed Lady, that Russia must be converted to the Catholic faith. It's a reality that the Orthodox sects sacramental life is recognised by Rome.

That is false. Christ's Church is only Church which Jesus Christ has founded on St. Peter the rock. It will remain until the end. "Orthodox" Schismatics are outside of the Church. Most notoriously in Balamand Declaration. He was not Catholic, but wolf in clothing of sheep.
