Attack: On Saturday, a 42 year old mentally deranged Italian entered the sacristy of the Basilica of Saint Mary Major in Rome, attacking with a broken bottle two Franciscans of the Immaculate, Fr. Angelo Gaeta and Fr. Adolfo Ralph. Fr Angelo, who is in charge of the sacristy, was badly injured in his face. Both priests belong to those friars that rebelled against their founder, Fr Stefano Manelli. The rebels were supported by the Vatican.
