Nine month after, he gave up part of his Ministry. Legally, he didn't leave, but just partially… Benedict XVI is the only true pope. Benedict always have the spiritual power of his function, and Francis have only the seat (partial charge). Why is it necessary to have two popes for blessing the new cardinals, particulary the blessing from Benedict XVI? The blessing from Francis is not enough ??? The blessing of Benenedict XVI is necessary for the new cardinals. (see the picture on october 2019) Benedict XVI, through his death is always assisted by the Holy Spirit, but not Francis. The Holy Spirit cannot assist two popes at the same time. At the evening of March13, 2013, the Holy Spirit didn't leave Benedict to join Francis… (excuse my English, I speak french.)
