The Vatican commission on female deacons has found that there is no historical evidence that women were ordained as deacons in patristic times, German theologian Peter Hünermann, 90, told LifeSiteNews.com (March 21).
This was known before the commission started working. These results were handed to Francis in mid-2018.
In a March 8 interview with katholisch.de Hünermann interpreted the withholding of this result as sign that Francis is not pleased with it.

Action must be taking by laity. No spirit Luther here. Being patient is one thing, siding on the fence and just watching is another. My question to you, what has laity done or what action has been taken? Where in our catholic faith does it say do not take action?!!!

Action must be taking by laity. No spirit Luther here. Being patient is one thing, siding on the fence and just watching is another. My question to you, what has laity done or what action has been taken? Where in our catholic faith does it say do not take action?!!!

Be cautious or prudent is good but when a small group of devils are killing the church from within, we need to attack and physically defend the truth. Don’t compare me to Luther, I am not suggesting to change doctrine or start a new religion..
