Cardinal Walter Kasper spoke with the Austrian newspaper "Die Presse" about the introduction of the marriage for priests. According to Kasper, celibacy would only remain a "normal form". Kasper believes that the situations are so "different" around the world that there should no longer be a unitary solution. It will be up to the bishops' conferences to abolish celibacy.
