He warned that Francis' recent demands to respect "mother earth" (Pachamama) keep offending God. Viganò calls Pachamama filthy and satanic.
For him, bishops closing churches due to coronavirus fears are “bureaucrats,” “executors of the will of the Prince,” and all too willing to sacrifice the souls to pacify the State.
