I have heard the charge of disobedience to lawful church authority. The bishop of Mostar early on prohibited the visionaries from being in the parish church during their apparitions and they complied and have not violated that order since. The bishop prohibited parish sponsored pilgrimages to Medjugorje. None occurred until that order was recently lifted by the Vatican. Hardly sounds like disobedience to me.
