Pope Francis accepted the resignation of Salzburg Auxiliary Bishop Andreas Laun on October 13, the day of Laun’s 75th birthday. After this retirement, all remaining Austrian Bishops are liberal relativists. Laun, a moral theologian who published extensively, is a promoter of the Catholic Faith and a staunched pro-lifer. All of the remaining bishops are pro-choice.
