There's some unintentional humour: The Orthodox are objecting to the political primacy of the Moscow patriarchy just as they once did with Rome.

Anybody else notice the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church has been doing just fine without these guys for over a thousand years already?

So most local Orthodox churches are happy with being paid political stooges for Moscow. And this admission is on an Orthodox site no less. Wow. So even at the level of the local church, the commitment is to Moscow first and Christ second.

They have a beautiful liturgy, gorgeous art, and worse problems than we do. Our priests and bishops take their orders from the corrupt Vatican in Rome. But at least the orders aren't coming from the ex-KGB officer who runs Russia.
