Protestants can't stand that ancient Christianity actually determined the location of Calvary and Christs tomb, i.e. the Tomb of the Holy sepulchre So they go through great lenghts to discredit it. This video is a summary of Protestant lies. They don't even understand the Atonement, and try to preach that Jesus was punished for our sins. It's very far away from the truth. Christ's voluntary sacrafice atoned for our sins. God the Father did not punish his son for our sins. That would be a sin in itself. The tomb of the Holy Sepulechre is where it all took place.

First mistake... City Walls. One has to understand that the large stone walls around the old city of Jerusalem were rebuilt by Suleiman I in 1535 AD. What did the walls encompass at the time of Our Lord? According to the chronicler Josephus, Herod Agrippa expanded the walls around Jerusalem circa 41 AD almost ten years after the death and resurrection of Our Lord. This can explain why it is now inside the walls.

I'll stick to ancient records and the reasons why Constantine and ultimately St. Helena concluded this was the place (i.e. Temple of Aphrodite constructed by Hadrian, early writings by Eusebius, Socrates Scholasticus, etc.)

Pontius Pilatus hatte aber die richtige Eingebung, dass er über dem Kreuz Jesu Christi das Schild anbringen ließ: INRI = Iesus Nazarenus Rex Iudeorum= Jesus von Nazaret, König der Juden, damit hatte er die Wahrheit gesagt. Das erkannte der jüdische Hohe Rat auch und verlangte eine Änderung. Pontius Pilatus aber weigerte sich und sagte: quod scripsi, scripsi = Was ich geschrieben habe, habe ich geschrieben!

@Theresia Katharina - Das Haus des Kaiphas ist 'St. Peter Gallicantu', wo obendrauf heute eine römisch-katholische Kirche steht, und unten sieht man das Originalgebäude. Im Untergeschoß ist auch noch eine riesige Mikwe (jüd. Reinigungsbad) erhalten. Hinter dem Haus gegen die Treppen ins Kidrontal hinunter nach Gethsemane, von wo aus unser HERR mit den Häschern die Treppen hinaufgetrieben wurde zum Kaiphashaus. Im Garten des Hauses sieht man riesige Magazinspeicher im Boden, die archäologisch freigelegt wurden, und die beweisen, dass es sich beim Hausbesitzer um eine sehr wohlhabende Person handelte. @Theresia Katharina - Es gibt auch noch die sogenannete 'Grabeskirche' innerhalb der Stadtmauern Jerusalems, aber 'Verbrecher' hat man nicht innerhalb der Heiigen Stadt hingerichtet und bestattet. Der Fels hinter dem Gartengrab entspricht dem, was auch die Selige Anna Katharina Emmerich sagte, dass nämlich der Herr gegen Südosten die Türme der Burg Antonia, die Gebäude der Jerusalemer Altstadt und einen Teil der Stadtmauer sehen konnte. Ich war dort und wir hatten eine Ortsbegehung gemacht. Es ist beeindruckend wie es übereinstimmt.
