All this circus certainly in anticipation of the coronavirus which is a Sino-French Masonic manufacture : catholique.forumactif.com/t700-news-au-27-fevrier-2020. Really, the conciliators are the most cowardly of all men!

"Does Holy Water destroy all bacteria and viruses when an infected persons dips their fingers in it?"

Respiratory viruses are transmitted by breath, Thors Catholic Hammer . You're more likely to catch the flu or COVID-19 just by being in the same Church with an "infected person".

You hear that parishioner over there? The one with that nasty runny-sounding cough? That's why you're going to get sick. It won't matter if you're getting communion in the hand or if you avoid the holy water font. For that matter, how can you be certain Mrs. Jones who hands out the Eucharist at your parish every Sunday isn't infected as well? Ever think of that?

She could be one of the infected. If you're so scared of the priest's hands spreading germs, what about hers? If you think germs are spread when the infected dip their hands into the Holy Water, what if she's infected?

Everyone is touching her hands when she places (reverently, we can hope) the Blessed Sacrament in their hands. All those hands touching. All those germs spreading, spreading to you, Thor.

Did you ever consider that when you kneel to pray, there are germs on the back of the pew where you're resting your hands? Or that while you're sitting there during Mass, listening to the homily one of the infected might be sitting directly behind you, breathing germs on you?

I'm certain most everyone has been to an early morning Mass when a parishioner walks by smelling strongly of coffee. They're breathing those coffee vapours. But what if they're one of the infected, Thor? They could be breathing COVID-19 on you as well.

"God demands Catholics to exercise common PRUDENCE at times of danger."

Does He now? Can you quote Him then? No? Why, oh, why am I not suprised? You put words in Benedict's mouth, why not God's?

Perhaps you should skip Mass altogether from now on, just to be absolutely certain you won't catch any germs. Don't leave your flat, for any reason, either. It's only common PRUDENCE after all...

The moment you get on a bus you're surrounded by dozens of the infected. You touched the hand-rail? Guess who might have touched it before you? Guess what's on your hands? Or at the market? You picked up that box of biscuits? Maybe one of the infected touched it or even coughed on it. What about the clerk making change handling all that filthy money and then touching your groceries? Imagine all the germs on every package.

Did you sterlize everything when you got home? No, you did not. You might wash your hands before eating, but then you touched all those cans and bottles and packages you brought home. They are still all covered with diseases from the store.

No need to worry about the holy water font or the priest's fingers, Thor. Your own are every bit as filthy and they touch your lips whenever you're eating a snack.

The coronavirus is media hype. Way more people died from the flu last year.

THE SOLUTION IS EASIER. MAKE THE HOLY WATER ON COLOIDAL SILVER AND IT IS A MUCH BETTER SANITIZER AND ALSO GET THE WHOLY WATER. COLOIDAL SILVER KILLS VIRUS BACTERIA AND FUNGUS.

The question you avoid is this.
Does Holy Water destroy all bacteria and viruses when an infected persons dips their fingers in it?
That’s the question.
You can answer it by saying you would happily drink it.

All bacteria are not harmful. And the use of virus is the latest treatment for certain cancers

Prayer in times of pestilence (Coronavirus!) - The Stella Coeli

The town of Coimbra (Portugal) having been visited by a violent pestilence, the nuns of St Clare offered their prayers in the following form, whereupon the contagion instantly ceased. This ancient holy prayer, left to the above-named monastery, has preserved many places from contagion where it is recited daily with confidence in God and the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary. It has arrested this scourge in many places.

Stella Coeli

The Star of Heaven that nourished the Lord
drove away the plague of death which the first
parents of man brought into the world. May
this bright Star now vouchsafe to extinguish
that foul constellation whose battles have
slain the people with the wound of death.
O most pious Star of the Sea, preserve us from
pestilence; hear us, O Lady, for Thy Son honours
Thee by denying Thee nothing. Save us, O Jesus,
for whom Thy Virgin Mother supplicates Thee.
V: Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God.
R: That we may be made worthy of the promises
of Christ.

Let us pray

O God of mercy, God of pity, God of benign clemency,
Thou Who hast had compassion on the affliction of Thy
people, and hast said to the angel striking them, “Stop thy
hand;” for the love of this glorious Star, whose breasts
Thou didst sweetly drink as antidote for our crimes,
grant the assistance of Thy grace, that we may be safely freed
from all pestilence, and from unprovided death; and mercifully
save us from the gulf of eternal perdition: through Thee,
Lord Jesus Christ, King of Glory, who livest and reignest,
world without end. Amen.

Kumquats & Rutabagas. Holy water is a sacramental. Soap is not. Catholics (especially in novus ordo dominated group-think parishes) are losing the Faith in droves for the failure to make this very distinction: between the sacred and the profane.

Vivat Jesus Christus!

Hand sanitizer will not stop Gods will. Holy water helps it!

I agree completely with the use of hand sanitizers to reduce the risk of contamination in all public places including church’s.
God demands Catholics to exercise common PRUDENCE at times of danger.
