Br. Tom. I'm sure you are correct about the bishops being against abortion, just like they are in America. However, lip service is one thing, action another . Ireland is in such bad shape because of the bishops. They are the shepherds and if the flock is fleeing, it is their fault. Their responsibility before God should make them tremble because of their negligence .

If the Irish bishops were clear on abortion they would have informed the public and politicans that abortion is an automatic excommunication. They would also explain to everyone that it sends the children to hell, a victory each time for Satan, all be it to Limbo where they don't suffer and are happy but don't see the beatific vision. That would be clarity. I certainly am not clear on the bishops …More

As for Labour: a minority party of gin and tonic socialists, social engineers who only see government in a coalition. Too ignorant to know what causes DS and too lazy to go and find out.

At best, the Irish bishops will give lip service in opposition. The abortionists slaughter the sheep of Christ and the shepherds run away. Woe to them!

Revolution of evil antichurch. Where are Irisch Catholics to resist? A petition on citizen go would even help...
