As if this is the best Mary, the mother of God, Queen of Heaven can do for an appearance. Not exactly Fatima's miracle of the sun, is it? :P Unless you've got footage equal to Raiders of the Lost Ark, those are just clouds.

Even if it isn't, It might well be! Since Our Mother is goodness, virtue and perfect Charity in abundance. Created by the Father to be the perfect Mother, She is obedient to God and watches over all of us hoping to guide us back onto the right pathway to Christ.
She is not ever proud., her main concern being always to rescue a soul and lead them safely to God so they can gain LIFE in Heaven.

"The Holy Virgin would be concerned at how evil, satanic, darkness and utter desolation..." So why on earth would she want to legitimize a service conducted by Pope Francis?
