Cardinal Müller's Hard Line Against FSSPX and German Synodal Path
Interviewers need to begin pressing these waffling conservative cardinals by asking: Does not the Second Vatican Council have a relationship with the Protestant Reformation? If so--and it does--does not the solution for today have a relationship with the Counter-Reformation?

The way to interpret this is that Bishop Schneider believes that a reverent novus ordo is good enough for the faithful. Not good for his traditionalist credentials.

13% of U.S. Catholics Have Attended a Roman Rite Mass in the Past 5 Years
Even if Pew is understating the numbers, these percentages refute the constant claims of the Catholic establishment that those who attend the Roman Rite, that is, the TLM, are "miniscule."
Treu dem 2. Vatikanum: Heute besuchte Papst Leo das Kurzwellen-Radiozentrum von Radio Vatikan in Santa …
Leo is making a reasonable statement. Catholics in the United States, for example, listen to Catholic radio stations on the AM dial while in their cars, even to this day. Catholic Answers Live, before it became anti-tradition by warning against 'rad-trads', was a valuable source of Catholic doctrinal education and apologetics, vis-a-vis Protestantism, for Americans listening on the AM dial. This is just the American experience, but good old fashion radio transmissions continue to be of value for the rest of the world on the go.
The Ruins Left by Bergoglio
Gambetti reportedly tried to leave Benedict's body exposed on the bier overnight in the dark for the period that it was to lie in state St. Peter's Basilica. Swiss Guards refused to leave Benedict alone overnight. Gambetti huffily relented but only allowed them to stay while off the clock and not paid. Per Ann Barnhardt's blog Jan. 9, 2023.

Dates for the Canonisation of Carlo Acutis and Pier Giorgio Frassati Set
Nobody here makes the necessary distinctions between "is certainly in heaven," "may be liturgically venerated," and "should be imitated." On the first, nobody knows. On the second, it's beyond the average Catholic's control. On the third, Acutis should be imitated in some respects, such as his zeal for spreading knowledge of Christ's Real Presence in the Blessed Sacrament. So where is the basis for outright rejection of him as a saint?
Dates for the Canonisation of Carlo Acutis and Pier Giorgio Frassati Set
While there is a lot of shadiness with Francis' beatifications and canonizations, there is one very interesting detail in the hagiography of Carlo Acutis. When he was diagnosed with cancer in October 2006, he said that he would be offering up his suffering for Pope Benedict XVI and the Church. Pope Benedict promulgated Summorum Pontificum in July 2007. Remember, Benedict said at his Inauguration in 2005: "Pray for me, that I may not flee for fear of the wolves." It's quite possible that Benedict had S.P. in his mind already when he began his papacy and knew that following through with promulgating it would require a tremendous amount of fortitude given all the modernist resistance. It is, also, somewhere between possible and likely that Carlo Acutis was spiritually even if unwittingly partly responsible for pushing Benedict over the finish line with such a monumental act that built upon Pope Pius V's Quo Primum.

African Archbishop: "My Father Was a Polygamist"
The unbaptized polygamous man who is converting may choose any one of the wives: "Canon 1148. §1 When an unbaptized man who simultaneously has a number of unbaptized wives, has received baptism in the Catholic Church, if it would be a hardship for him to remain with the first of the wives, he may retain one of them, having dismissed the others. The same applies to an unbaptized woman who simultaneously has a number of unbaptized husbands."
