Free speech on display outside Montgomery County, Maryland court house
LeRoy Carhart is scheduled to stand trial in early September, 2017 for medical malpractice related to the injuries sustained by his client in January, 2016.
On January 18, 2016 LeRoy Carhart needed an ambulance transfer for his client who, according to court documents, required extensive surgery after suffering a perforation of the entire right side of her uterine wall, tearing of her right uterine artery, and the loss of her right ovary.
Montgomery County Circuit Court, Rockville, Maryland
At this date the trial judge is indicated to be Judge Julie Rubin. Judge Rubin can be heard here discussing in 2012 court rulings regarding efforts to require pregnancy help centers in Baltimore city to put up signage indicating they do not do abortions or provide birth control. A similar case in Montgomery County, Maryland is also discussed.

@Eva, at this time it is still unknown whether the September, 2017 trial date will go forward. I imagine LeRoy Carhart is seeking every opportunity to settle out of court. I hope this woman finds the firm conviction to move forward and help expose this evil, criminal practice that has plagued the U.S. for decades.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 14, 2016
In Pascendi dominici gregis, Pope Pius X invokes the Blessed Virgin Mary by the titleDestroyer of all heresies. He took this curious appellation for the gentle, sweet maiden of Nazareth from the Mass of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The title had particular meaning inPascendi, which was written in 1911 against modernism, the “synthesis of all heresies.” Faced with that crisis, it was proper to appeal to the Destroyer of all heresies. The title still applies, however. Indeed, it describes something that has always been true of our Lady – and is perhaps even more urgent now.
But how? How does she destroy heresies? Mary never preached a sermon against error. She never conducted an inquisition or excommunicated anyone. She never (God forbid) presented a paper at a theological conference.
How? Well, look first at the zeal she inspires. It’s a mark of the defenders of the faith that they have a devotion – often disarmingly childlike – to our Lady. From …More

Petition the Pope for the consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, it was not done in 1984 as some claim as since that time there has been 1 billion babies aborted and constant wars and confusion in the church. All Catholics can bring this about by saying daily Rosary as requested by Our Lady and also do the first 5 Saturdays - how can we ignore a mandate from heaven.

As previously shared in one and another video, Sister Clare of the Servant Sisters of the Home of the Mother Mary died tragically in an earthquake in Ecuador on Sunday, April 17. Fr. Roland Cahoon, her Spiritual Director, describes her as, “…a young girl who gave her life to God and died for the Gospel. She was a joyful girl. I’ve known her since she was a teenager.”
The following is written by Julia McCambridge who met Sister Clare Maria while attending World Youth Day in Madrid.

Sr. Clare and Julia McCambridge
April 28th, 2016
My first encounter with Sr. Clare Maria was in 2011, when I was beginning my sophomore year of college. I arrived in Spain as a pilgrim, excited to join the Servant Sisters of the Home of the Mother for their pilgrimage and participation in World Youth Day in Madrid.
My first recollection of Sr. Clare remains one of complete and radical joy. I witnessed her lively faith, day in and out. One could say that she glowed with faith, and was armed with humility. Her …More

The essence of perfection is to embrace the will of God in all things, prosperous or adverse. In prosperity, even sinners find it easy to unite themselves to the divine will; but it takes saints to unite themselves to God’s will when things go wrong and are painful to self-love. Our conduct in such instances is the measure of our love of God. St. John of Avila used to say: “One ‘Blessed be God’ in times of adversity, is worth more than a thousand acts of gratitude in times of prosperity20.”
.
Furthermore, we must unite ourselves to God’s will not only in things that come to us directly from his hands, such as sickness, desolation, poverty, death of relatives, but likewise in those we suffer from man—for example, contempt, injustice, loss of reputation, loss of temporal goods and all kinds of persecution. On these occasions we must …

On Wednesday, March 2 the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the case, Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt.
In the 1973 the Roe v. Wade U.S. Supreme Court case that legalized abortion focused on the issue of privacy.
In 1992, Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania v. Casey focused on whether abortion restrictions were an, “undue burden” on women. An undue burden is defined as, “substantial obstacle in the path of a woman seeking an abortion before the fetus attains viability.” In a 5-4 decision, Roe v. Wade was upheld but provisions were upheld for a 24 hour waiting period and in the case of a minor, parental consent.
In the 2007 Gonzales v. Carhart the ruling had the same focus as Planned Parenthood v. Casey and determined that laws against partial-birth abortion were not an undue burden.
This brings us to Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt. Audio of the oral argument will be available at SCOTUSblog Wednesday. The …More

Fr. Paul Scalia "...God blessed dad, as is well known, with a love for his country. He knew well what a close-run thing the founding of our nation was. And he saw in that founding, as did the founders themselves, a blessing, a blessing quickly lost when faith is banned from the public square or when we refuse to bring it there.
So he understood there was no conflict between loving God and loving one's country, between one's faith and one's public service. Dad understood that the deeper he went in his Catholic faith the better citizen and public servant he became.
God blessed him with the desire to be the country's good servant because he was God's first.
...We Scalias, however, give thanks for a particular blessing God bestowed. God blessed dad with a love for his family..."
...Christ was not yet brought to perfection in him. And only those who have been brought to perfection can enter Heaven.

The funeral Mass for Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia is being held at 11 a.m. Saturday (Feb. 20) at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, the largest Catholic church in North America.
Justice Scalia’s body will lie in repose in the Great Hall of the Supreme Court on Friday. Visitors can pay their respects beginning at 10:30 a.m. until 8 p.m.
As a sign of honor and respect, Justice Scalia’s chair and his place at the court’s mahogany bench, as well as the doors to the courtroom, are draped in black wool crepe. This tradition began perhaps before the late 19th century and is reserved for sitting justices. The doorway is trimmed after the death of all justices, whether sitting or retired at the time of their death.

When analyzing the true worth of a potential investment it is critical that the numbers on the balance sheet justify the valuation being given to the investment. The stock market, for instance, has currently been correcting the prices of companies with high valuations to match the real fundamentals behind the numbers. Far too many companies are at present overpriced and over-hyped. Likewise, the political realm could use some sobering up by checking the fundamentals of high-flying candidates against real numbers. Having momentum is not the same thing as having sustainable value and solid numbers.
A real estate developer such as Mr. Trump has a skill that in the present situation is a double-edged sword. As a real estate developer, he can sell. But just what is the real value of what he is selling? Buyers can get caught in the spell of the enthusiastic promises and fail thereby to exercise due diligence and check if the numbers and promises justify the claims.

HOUSTON, February 4, 2016 - This morning, Harris County prosecutor's office offered David Daleiden a plea deal. His legal team, in turn, made a counter-offer.
"The only thing we're going to accept right now is an apology," said Terry Yates, one of four attorneys who flanked Daleiden down the corridors of the courthouse as he visited two court rooms to face felony and misdemeanor charges.
He confirmed an offer had been made but was unlikely to be accepted.
Instead, Yates said that a hearing before Judge Brock Thomas of Texas District 338 had been scheduled for March 28. "At that time, we anticipate filing a couple of motions" asking that all charges be dismissed at once. "We believe the indictments are factually and legally insufficient."
"The old Texas expression 'all hat and no cattle' - that's what we believe these indictments are. There's not much to them," he said.
Peter Breen of the Thomas More Society reiterated that stance during a press conference co-hosted by LifeSiteNews at 11…More

Their wait will continue through Saturday night, since the bus drivers are past their 100 hour driving limit and must await replacement drivers to complete the trip. Snow plows are slowly making progress clearing the roads.

GERMANTOWN, MD
On Tuesday, January 19, for the second time in one month, late-term abortionist LeRoy Carhart sent a woman to hospital by ambulance. This week alone he has seen an estimated 29 women.
Does LeRoy Carhart realize his 7 days-a-week circuit ride is for the purpose of affirming babies are better off dead; that women are better off with dead babies? Does he recognize that he is trapped, the one with no choice, because he must deliver on his promise of giving each woman a dead baby?
LeRoy Carhart is known for describing late-term abortion as "safer" than natural childbirth, another manipulative sales tactic irrelevant to this latest adult victim.
What an oppressive, horrible, miserable place. There is always good news. The truth is, LeRoy Carhart is free to change his mind this very moment, stop the killing and begin affirming life is a gift, always.
For video and an in-depth report, including a call for the Maryland Medical Board to halt LeRoy Carhart's business for the sake …More
