I did a quick analysis of the video posted 6 years ago and the video that was filmed 8 months ago.
I commented 6 years ago that your hand gestures were excessive and could be reduced to make the video more effective. I commented 6 years ago that your hand gestures were excessive and could be reduced to make the video more effective. From this recent video, I see that you still use hand gestures but I now realize that gesturing when you speak is a part of you. That's the way you give sermons/homilies. Perhaps you also gesture when speaking to others and it may even be a part of your culture. It's true for me so I understand perfectly.
The primary difference in the video taken 6 years ago and this recent one is that the recent one has been presented in a dynamic manner which, effectively, makes it more interesting. You look much more comfortable in the latest video which adds to its overall positive appeal.

Look, this is not complicated. The issue I spoke about dealt with a man, a priest, who delivered a message which could have been delivered more effectively. That's it and nothing more. We don't need Aquinas, Augustine, any other Doctor of the Church or whoever else you want to drag into this to discuss hand …More

This was a good message and well presented. Hand gestures, when appropriate, can assist in making an effective presentation. However, perhaps you could reduce the hand fidgeting that took place during the second half of the sermon. Although not serious, it is unnecessary and a distraction.
