Wealthy Frenchmen have pledged a billion Euros for restoration, but would they pay a dime to preserve the people who built the cathedral? Only when Europeans are sure of who they are—and who they will be 200 years from now—will they be able to build, not just rebuild.

Never heard of the guy but, in the video, he came across as a guy who is proud of his European heritage. What's wrong with that TheMonk86? Whenever I hear someone accuse of "white supremacy," I'm pretty certain it's coming from someone with a nefarious agenda. That would be you.

Those hoping to turn it into an Ecumenical Concern, appear to be voicing the opinion that hardly anything was salvaged. .... Beware.! Notre Dame de Paris could be restored - don't listen to the false message. I wish they would hurry up and clear the fallen debris and dismantle that scaffolding.
Those relics that they DID believe had been destroyed (those encased within the Rooster atop the Spire) are now found. By yet another miracle, the Rooster was discovered in amongst the huge pile of debris, (presumably that pile that flattened the Novus Ordo Table

Read the article - all that was situated in the side chapels has survived, since the fire was centred in the middle of the Church, Chandeliers and stained Glass windows alike remain in their customary places - unharmed. The article says that no damage from soot occured to the paintings, since the firemen (heroes) did battle with fire as it fell down into the Church and consequently (according to the article) there is no damage to either the paintings or the statues. The artwork is being taken to the Louvre, they say it all looks in very good condition, yet they say it is going to be hidden away from the public for many years. The whole thing is ridiculous - as looking at the 2 videos below, once the roof is fixed, and someone removes the debris - the remainder appears to be purely cosmetic.
The second video linked below - shows that many chandeliers took no harm, yet to be honest, the man commentating the video appears to be stupefyingly oblivious to the miraculous state of the whole Cathedral. Praise be to the Lord Jesus Christ AND Notre Dame de Paris.

The Artwork is undamaged and is in the Louvre - All the Stained glass - as this video shows has survived - the entire upper sanctuary (Tridentine) along with all the Holy Statues escaped damage. The Burning spire, when it fell - torpedoed down through the roof straight into the Novus Ordo Table. …More

Plus . Look at this Holy Card dating from the 19th century. Linked with secret prophecies sent to Pius IX by Melanie Calvert of La Salette. The image confirms her to be a great Mystic for Notre Dame Cathedral can be seen to be burning in exactly the way that it has burned - Also, it can be seen that St Peter's at Rome is burning. The Priests and Nuns in the picture are depicted being murdered. That is possibly linked with the 3rd Secret of Fatima
