If you go to this link and read Page 23 of Popular Science Magazine from July 1931. There is an interview with M Piccard in the article called " 10 miles high in an air tight ball" It gives an account of Mr Piccard's first balloon ride in March of 1931.

This observance is made during the interview.

""In the first half hour, the balloon shot upward nine miles. through portholes, the observers saw the earth through copper-colored, then bluish, haze. It seemed a flat disk with upturned edge......."

Would it be possible for M Piccard to judge the shape of the earth from only 10 miles up?

@Jim Dorchak This flat earth business has been gaining a huge amount of interest.
I watched the "200 proofs that earth is not a spinning ball" video by Eric Dubay on YOUTUBE myself. I read some reviews of it also, and those people who initially had refused to even look at the video - when they DID give in and agree to take a look at it - bit by bit they all stopped sniggering - and by the end of the video they had all changed their minds and were believing in the concept.

I became more interested by the time "proof no. 19" was heard.

They say that "Rome has spoken" previously in favour of the flat earth. Many of The early Church Fathers considered the world to be flat.

The Prophet Isaiah in chapter 40:22 in the Douay Rheims Original version infers that the earth is disk shaped. Isaiah's original words in 40:22 were "He who sits above the compass of the earth" Bishop Challoner in HIS later version of the Douay Rheims (the only version you can buy easily today) altered the word COMPASS in Is 40:22 to "Globe." He shouldn't really have altered it - when it comes to Sacred Scripture and Former Papal Pronouncements - we should not permit outside influences to adjust what the Church has formerly confirmed.

I have no personal evidence to support either viewpoint - (apart from Isaiah's original words sent by the HG.) I don't mind either way - but I find it a VERY interesting topic. The video is excellent.

@Jim Dorchak No Jim, not delusional... It is you that is either a Freemason yourself perpetuation the lies or you are the ignorant one. I spent 11 years traveling for a large company, and I flew every week. There is no visable curvature, the horizon always rises to your eye level, no matter how high you go. A 25,000 mile in circumference ball has detecable curvature, I have been as high as 45k ft and could not see it! Only the horizon meeting my eye level! The ballon footage at the end of the video was taken at over 80,000 feet, there is no curvature. All empirical eveidence proves the earth is a motionless stationary plane.

How can you have a near perfect vaccum (negative pressure) next to an atmosphere (positive pressure) exist side by side?

You don't live on a spinning ball of water, spiining at 1000MPH at the equator, while sitting in a vaccum, that is ridiculous!
