There is a chapter in the Holy Quran named 'Mary'. Muslims believe that Mary was one of the most pious women ever.
the clip has an excerpt from the Iranian film 'the blessed Saint Mary', which was writen by shaikh Mohammad Saeed Bahmanpour (he is a lecturer at the Islamic College for Advanced Studies in Willesden Green. it is quite exceptional and brilliantly made.

María Fernández Coronel y Arana, Abbess of Ágreda or, known in religion as Sor (Sister) María de Jesús de Ágreda (2 April 1602 – 24 May 1665), also known as the Lady in Blue and the Blue Nun, was born, and died, in Ágreda, a town located in the province of Soria, Castile and León, Spain. She was the daughter of Don Francisco Coronel and his wife Catalina de Arana; all the members of her family were powerfully influenced by the religious fervor so prevalent in Spain in that period. A devout practitioner of quiet prayer, she was known to experience religious ecstasy after receiving the sacraments.
She is credited in her book Mystical City of God (Spanish: Mistica Ciudad de Dios, Vida de la Virgen María) with receiving directly from the Blessed Virgin Mary a lengthy revelation, consisting of 8 books (6 volumes), about the terrestrial and heavenly life of Blessed Mary and her relationship with the Triune God, the doings and Mysteries performed by Jesus as God-Man in flesh and in Spirit, with extensive detail, in a narrative that covers the New Testament time line but accompanied with doctrines given by the Holy Mother on how to acquire true sanctity.[1]

Then, no one is bound to see the writings as true or binding. I am rather suspicous of mystical writings that are not approved - just look at Vassula Ryden who duped the world with her 'locutions' and they turned out to be from a source, shall we say, that is inconsistent with GOD!

The whole purpose of this story concoted by the authors of "Stories of 1001 nights" is to present Jesus as the mere Messiah,the prophet like others before Him and false prophets after Him that Jesus 
Himself about Whom the prophet of Old Testament had testified: " I saw The Lord talking to My Lord" had warned us about.

ACL: These people--who are NOT extremists-allow me to practice my broken German without criticism...They have become my friends...They drop me off across from my home, so that I do not have to walk far, etc...So, how can I say anything really mean about them???? . That is a sign of mature, balanced enquiry, i.e. looking at BOTH sides of the argument, BOTH sides to the story. Even though one may argue that there are at least three sides to an argument, that of the antagonist, the protagonist AND then the truth!
