Where is Mary in Scripture? Where is Mary in Scripture?
I am grateful to EJGCatholic and Thomasvalle for their contributions here.
I thoght that Mr Staples had misused Scripture in saying that in Gal 4:4 Paul said that Jesus was "born of the woman". I was upset when my post, now published, was initially rejected.
Now I see both my posts are here and Gloria.TV has been in contact with me.

Dear Editor
I wrote to you pointing out that Paul in Gal 4:4 did not say "born of the woman", as Mr Tim Staples claimed a number if times.

Am I or Mt Staples in error? Is it important? Do you have a policy of restricting respectful and loyal comments which point out errors?
Could I have contact details of your CEO, Board of Directors and senior people, as I consider it important for a Catholic site to be honest and allow corrections to be made?

I am disappointed with this video,as the question is not answered and scripture is incorrectly quoted.
In the video the claim is made that Gal 4:4 has "the woman" rather than "a woman". Then the bulk of the video is about seeing "the woman" as a title for Mary.
On the screen the text is shown as "a woman".
I have looked at about 30 translations of Gal 4:4 and most have "a woman", some have "woman"…More

I have looked at about 30 translations of Gal 4:4 and most have "a woman", some have "woman", but not one has "the woman". The Greek NT (UBS 4th Ed.) has γυναικός (GUNAIKOS, gen.sing of GUNH) without s definite article. Thus it is wrong to say Paul said "born of the woman".
There is no need for Catholics to misuse scripture.
