The way to restore belief in Our Lord's Real Presence in the Holy Eucharist is to restore reception of Holy Communion on the tongue, while the communicant is kneeling - abolishing reception in the hand while standing - putting the altar rails back in - coupled with priests who preach repentance and the need for frequent reception of the Sacrament of Penance - reminding people of the consequences of sacrilegious reception of the Sacrament - in the words of St. Paul, "this is why many are weak & sick and some have died," i.e., the consequences of the loss of supernatural Faith and Sanctifying Grace in the soul - for individuals and the Church as a whole. Until this is done, nothing will change as regards restoring belief among the faithful regarding Our Lord's Real Presence in the Blessed Sacrament.
